Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining strict cash-handling procedures.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain an immaculate boutique presentation in line with brand directives.
  • Support inventory processes including receiving, stock counts and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and peers to optimise floor coverage, promotional execution and training activities.
  • Record client interactions and sales activity in the CRM to support relationship management and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail or business advantageous.
  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, typically 2+ years preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales KPIs and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, late shifts and holiday periods.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional deportment consistent with a luxury brand.

Experience
