Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to cultivate repeat clientele and increase average transaction value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow‑up.

  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash reconciliation when required.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, stock counts and loss‑prevention practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or client‑facing experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or premium/luxury retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
