Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to cultivate repeat clientele and increase average transaction value.

- Participate in store operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, maintaining housekeeping standards and supporting events or product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or client‑facing experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or premium/luxury retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer‑first demeanor.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail sales or hospitality experience with direct responsibility for customer service and sales performance; luxury or premium brand experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.
