Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximize lifetime value.

  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
  • Execute daily store operations including POS transactions, cash handling, returns/exchanges and till reconciliation.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand guidelines and seasonal storytelling.
  • Manage stockroom activities: receive and unpack deliveries, replenish merchandising units and assist with inventory counts.
  • Uphold loss prevention procedures and maintain a safe, neat and welcoming retail environment.
  • Collaborate with store and regional teams on promotions, client events and targeted outreach.

Qualifications

  • Professional appearance and polished manner appropriate for a luxury fashion environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Numerical accuracy and integrity for cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Availability for retail hours including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (or relevant hiring country).

Experience
