Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build enduring client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

- Execute brand visual merchandising and store standards to ensure presentation aligns with seasonal directives and KPI-driven display strategies.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately, manage returns/exchanges and ensure adherence to cash-handling procedures.
- Support inventory control: receive and unpack merchandise, conduct stock counts, replenish sales floor, and report discrepancies.
- Contribute to loss-prevention measures, maintain a safe retail environment and report suspicious activity according to policy.
- Assist with in-store events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and deepen brand engagement.
- Mentor and coach more junior sales staff as needed and participate in product and sales training.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium accessories or fashion brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the United States and ability to pass company background checks.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and basic cash-handling protocols.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of direct retail sales experience, with preference for candidates from luxury or premium fashion houses. Demonstrated success in client development, meeting sales KPIs and supporting boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in fashion, merchandising or business preferred.
