Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand image and seasonal directives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, or accessories brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation and professional demeanor.
  • Numerate with strong attention to transactional accuracy and merchandising detail.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; ability to travel between store locations as required.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
