Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand image and seasonal directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure cash handling protocols are followed.
- Support omnichannel sales initiatives including in-store pickup, returns, and client appointments.
- Assist with inventory processes, stock replenishment, and periodic stock counts to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Contribute to store operations including opening/closing procedures, shop floor maintenance and adherence to loss-prevention policies.
- Participate in in-store events, product launches and promotional activities to drive traffic and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, or accessories brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation and professional demeanor.
- Numerate with strong attention to transactional accuracy and merchandising detail.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; ability to travel between store locations as required.
- Legal right to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion, with proven sales performance and client relationship development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
