Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and consistently achieve individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement, appointment-based selling and personalised clienteling.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, including follow-up communications, styling consultations and after-sales service to maximise retention and lifetime value.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives to uphold brand standards, ensure on-floor product presentation excellence and support window and in-store displays.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, handle cash and complete end-of-day reconciliation according to store procedures.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, transfers and cycle counts while adhering to loss-prevention policies.
  • Support store operations through dressing room management, order fulfilment, returns processing and maintaining a polished boutique environment.
  • Mentor and assist less-experienced team members; participate in trainings and share product knowledge to elevate team performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail background with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets; experience in luxury or premium lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
  • Strong numeracy and cash-handling integrity; experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic sales reporting.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday trading periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
