Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and drives repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clientelling.
  • Maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising, ensuring product presentation aligns with seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, manage cash handling procedures, and process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
  • Build and maintain client records and follow-up activity using CRM or store clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships.
  • Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention measures.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand by communicating product knowledge, craftsmanship and brand narratives to customers.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team on store operations, promotional events and in-store campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and delivering excellent client service.
  • Strong visual merchandising sense with attention to detail and familiarity with seasonal floor moves.
  • Competency in cash handling and point-of-sale operations with strict adherence to cash control procedures.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
