Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, boutique-level customer service to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised follow-up.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card payments securely.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain floor sets, replenish displays and ensure merchandise is presentation-ready.
  • Manage stockroom operations including receiving, stock replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
