Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up, and personalised styling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strategic promotion of full-price and promotional assortments.
- Maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand identity and seasonal directives.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, including cash handling, returns, exchanges and daily reconciliation.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, product launches and client outreach initiatives to amplify brand presence and drive conversion.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably with luxury, contemporary fashion, or accessories brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing repeat clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with polished verbal presentation and a client-first service orientation.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
Two to three years of direct retail sales experience is required; prior exposure to luxury or premium lifestyle brands and a proven history of achieving quotas and cultivating high-value client relationships is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or customer service are advantageous.
