Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and drive daily sales performance through proactive clienteling, appointment selling and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships using personalised outreach and CRM tools to grow repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store standards to preserve brand image and seasonal presentation guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and client data in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage stockroom activities including inventory receipt, stock replenishment, loss prevention and merchandise organisation.
  • Meet individual and store KPIs, contribute to team targets, and participate in promotional initiatives and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium lifestyle brand.
  • Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Ability to uphold brand standards of presentation, confidentiality and customer data protection.

Experience
