Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, upselling, and effective clienteling.
- Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, and accurate processing of returns and exchanges.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, including merchandising resets and seasonal floor moves.
- Maintain accurate stock levels: receive, organise, and replenish inventory; support loss-prevention procedures.
- Build and maintain client records and follow-up activity to grow a loyal customer base.
- Collaborate with the store team and leadership to support promotional events, private appointments, and in-store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand aesthetic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand and move across the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, contemporary fashion, or accessories brands, with a proven sales performance history.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related vocational training preferred.
