Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience that drives conversion and repeat business in a boutique environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach and relationship building.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately; manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation to brand guidelines; assist with window and in-store displays.
- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving shipments and cycle counts.
- Assist in onboarding and coaching less-experienced colleagues and contribute to a collaborative store culture.
- Uphold loss-prevention procedures and store security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary retail or visual merchandising coursework preferred.
- Demonstrated retail track record with at least 2 years of experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute clienteling strategies.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays; ability to work standing shifts.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands; experience in clienteling and achieving sales targets is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework in retail, visual merchandising or related fields is advantageous.
