Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and create memorable brand experiences for clients in a luxury retail environment.
  • Actively engage clients on the sales floor, identify needs, and drive conversions to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM activities, including follow-ups and after‑sales service.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, returns and exchanges, and handle cash responsibly.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: replenish merchandise, maintain floor sets, and ensure presentation adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Participate in inventory management activities including stock receiving, tagging, cycle counts and shrink prevention measures.
  • Contribute to daily store opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety and loss-prevention policies.
  • Collaborate with the store team to meet KPI objectives and support special events, promotions and product launches.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is advantageous.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Demonstrable commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and teamwork.

Experience

Preferably 1+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, premium or lifestyle brands; proven ability to meet sales targets and to manage client relationships. Experience using POS and CRM tools is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-focused certifications or coursework advantageous.
