Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to cultivate relationships and drive sales conversion in-store.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets while executing active selling, cross-selling and clienteling initiatives.
- Operate point-of-sale terminal, process transactions, exchanges and returns accurately and in accordance with brand policies.
- Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, store presentation and product replenishment.
- Support inventory control activities including stock counts, receiving deliveries and accurate tagging.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, cash-handling and store safety procedures while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Provide flexible coverage across shifts, weekends and promotional events for the duration of the temporary assignment.
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
