Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to cultivate relationships and drive sales conversion in-store.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets while executing active selling, cross-selling and clienteling initiatives.
  • Operate point-of-sale terminal, process transactions, exchanges and returns accurately and in accordance with brand policies.
  • Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, store presentation and product replenishment.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock counts, receiving deliveries and accurate tagging.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, cash-handling and store safety procedures while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Provide flexible coverage across shifts, weekends and promotional events for the duration of the temporary assignment.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Previous retail or luxury brand experience preferred but not required for entry-level temporary roles.

Experience
