Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and relationship building.
  • Manage client outreach and follow-up, maintain client records and curate personalised recommendations to drive repeat business.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain brand presentation across the sales floor, windows and stockroom.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure cash-handling controls are observed.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues, share best practices and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance retail team environment.
  • Participate in store opening/closing procedures and assist with in-store events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales with demonstrated achievement of individual and store targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a polished, client-focused demeanour appropriate for a luxury fashion environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail trading periods.
  • Ability to work on the sales floor standing for extended periods and to perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock handling.
  • Right to work in the hiring country.

Experience

Typically 2–4 years of progressive retail experience, preferably with at least one year in a premium or luxury fashion environment and exposure to clienteling and visual merchandising.
