Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and strategic product recommendations.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and accurate cash handling while maintaining compliance with store policies.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, including window displays, product rotation and stock presentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, receiving deliveries and timely replenishment.
- Contribute to store workflows including opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention practices and team briefings.
- Participate in brand initiatives and in-store events to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within premium or contemporary fashion brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Comfort with flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Right to work in the job country and ability to fulfil required on-site attendance.

Experience
At least 2 years' hands-on experience in retail sales, ideally within a fashion or lifestyle brand; demonstrable success in client development, meeting sales targets and supporting store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or business preferred.
