Kate Spade in New York is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service, drive boutique sales and maintain store standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, brand-consistent client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain elevated visual merchandising and store presentation in accordance with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and reconcile cash/daily receipts.
  • Manage stockroom operations including inventory control, replenishment, tagging and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Share product knowledge and seasonal storylines with clients and colleagues to enhance selling opportunities.
  • Support store operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, stock intake and participation in promotional events.
