Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs; actively participate in promotional initiatives and window-to-floor conversion strategies.
- Maintain impeccable merchandising and visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines, including stock presentation, displays and assortment replenishment.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and repairs, and ensure compliance with cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support inventory management activities such as receipt, tagging, cycle counts and backstock organisation.
- Assist in appointment-based selling, private client events and styling consultations; escalate client feedback and service issues to management.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in a premium or luxury fashion environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent client service.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills; ability to cultivate rapport with diverse clientele.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years in retail sales, with preference for candidates who have worked in premium or luxury apparel and accessories environments and who can demonstrate consistent sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, sales or fashion-related training is advantageous but not required.
