Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service that reflects Kate Spade's brand values and drives repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation, displays and store environment align with seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges while adhering to cash-handling and security policies.
  • Build and maintain a client database; proactively prospect, follow up and invite clients to store events and new product launches.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on promotional initiatives, staff coverage and ad hoc operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within a premium or contemporary fashion brand.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales KPIs and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished, brand-appropriate presentation.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
