Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to drive conversion and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while accurately recording transactions and client data in the CRM/POS systems.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, including floor sets, window displays and product storytelling.
  • Manage stock operations: receive, process and replenish inventory; conduct cycle counts; and assist with stocktakes.
  • Support store loss-prevention procedures and ensure adherence to cash-handling and point-of-sale protocols.
  • Contribute to in-store events, product launches and cross-selling initiatives in collaboration with the store leadership team.
  • Act as a brand ambassador: articulate product features, craftsmanship and brand heritage with polished, accurate communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills with familiarity operating retail POS systems.
  • Professional presentation, excellent verbal communication and polished client-facing demeanour.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
