Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to drive sales and foster long-term relationships; proactively engage customers on the sales floor.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, maintain product presentation and ensure boutique aesthetics align with brand directives.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions accurately, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and shrink prevention.
- Contribute to omnichannel initiatives by fulfilling online orders, enabling ship-from-store and pickup operations, and updating client records.
- Mentor junior colleagues and participate in in-store training to sustain product knowledge and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, premium fashion or accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-value client experiences.
- Strong availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury boutique environment.

Experience
At least two years of boutique or luxury retail experience with demonstrable success selling premium products, maintaining client relationships and working toward measurable sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
