Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with store opening/closing procedures, daily floor operations and ad hoc events such as trunk shows or private client appointments.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to communicate client feedback, product trends and merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury fashion, accessories or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and convert traffic through consultative selling and clienteling techniques.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a client-centric mindset.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Basic numeracy and meticulous attention to detail for cash handling and inventory tasks.

Experience
