Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to luxury clientele and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up communications.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction.
- Maintain brand visual standards on the sales floor: execute merchandising directives, window displays and product presentation to reflect seasonal campaigns.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, stockroom organisation and cycle counts to minimise shrinkage.
- Participate in store events, private client appointments and product launches to drive traffic and sales.
- Contribute to loss-prevention measures and adhere to company compliance, brand protection and security policies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
