Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to luxury clientele and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up communications.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction.
  • Maintain brand visual standards on the sales floor: execute merchandising directives, window displays and product presentation to reflect seasonal campaigns.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, stockroom organisation and cycle counts to minimise shrinkage.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and product launches to drive traffic and sales.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention measures and adhere to company compliance, brand protection and security policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
  • Strong numeracy and cash-handling integrity.
  • Available to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Ability to represent the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and presentation standards consistently.
