Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, anticipatory client service and build long-term relationships through targeted clienteling and after‑sales care.

Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years within luxury, premium or lifestyle brands.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrated clienteling abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation appropriate for a premium boutique.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock handling.
