Role & Responsibilities

- Actively promote loyalty programmes, omnichannel services (click & collect, ship-from-store) and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with store leadership on local marketing, client events and training to enhance store performance and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years within luxury, premium or lifestyle brands.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrated clienteling abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation appropriate for a premium boutique.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock handling.

Education
