Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide tailored styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Showcase creative ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions

Qualifications
