Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Sales Associate (Stylist) in Nashville, TN (Opry Mills) — customer-facing role focused on styling, sales and omnichannel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and authoritative product knowledge; establish rapport and uncover needs through active listening and probing questions.
- Provide personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories; suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Drive sales through storytelling and consultative selling while meeting individual and store performance goals.
- Execute omnichannel and virtual selling techniques when required; support social media-led client engagement.
- Complete point-of-sale transactions accurately and deliver a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, receive and process inventory, and execute merchandising standards.
- Demonstrate physical capability to lift regularly (25 lbs) and occasionally up to 50 lbs; perform routine tasks requiring bending, climbing and kneeling.
- Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and strong interpersonal communication.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
