Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and build rapport through consultative, styling-led customer interactions.
- Assess customer needs with active listening and propose complete looks, add-ons and complementary items.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and use storytelling to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise stockroom, process inventory, and support visual presentation on the salesfloor.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual-selling techniques to engage customers across digital and in-store touchpoints.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Perform routine physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting shipments and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal communication.
- Prior retail experience; experience in fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Able to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling methods.
- English proficiency (or local market language proficiency) and ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform frequent bending, climbing and manoeuvring.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment is required; background in fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
