Kate Spade is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Napa, CA to provide styling-led service at Napa Premium Outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, styling-led customer service: greet guests, assess needs, and provide tailored product and outfit suggestions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling and storytelling to drive repeat business.
  • Execute product demonstrations that showcase multiple ways to wear and combine Kate Spade merchandise.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive outreach, add-on selling and cross-category recommendations.
  • Operate the POS and manage transactions to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain visual standards and operational excellence: stockroom organisation, replenishment, price integrity and loss-prevention practices.
  • Adopt omni-channel tools and virtual-selling techniques to support remote clienteling and social engagement.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback in support of team performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing retail environment; styling or visual merchandising experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage stockroom duties.
  • Comfort with social media and eagerness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling methods.
  • Fluency in English (or the local market language) to interact with clients and complete transactions.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
