Kate Spade seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in Monroe, Ohio (Cincinnati Premium Outlets). Temporary associate focused on styling, sales, and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, establish rapport, and deliver personalized styling advice that aligns with client lifestyle and aesthetic.
- Build complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge and relationship-building; meet or exceed individual and store targets.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain merchandising and stockroom standards, including inventory replenishment and organization.
- Support omnichannel selling and virtual client interactions; promote social engagement when appropriate.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to support team performance and operational excellence.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays; perform moderate physical tasks (lift up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling ability and strong interpersonal communication.
- Prior retail experience; luxury or specialty boutique experience preferred.
- Comfortable multitasking and collaborating within a high-volume retail environment.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
Previous retail experience required; candidates with boutique or luxury retail background and proven sales performance are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certificate in fashion, merchandising, or retail management is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
