Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating excellent product knowledge
  • Listen actively to customer needs and ask pertinent questions to understand expectations
  • Provide styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete ensembles
  • Demonstrate creativity in presenting multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through the purchase process and ensure smooth payment transactions
  • Celebrate customer choices and encourage repeat store visits
  • Achieve sales objectives through strong customer relationships and storytelling
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the brand and product characteristics across all categories
  • Uphold high operational excellence standards including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions

Qualifications

  • Excellent professional sales skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities
