Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored styling advice to create complete looks
  • Suggest complementary products and add-ons to enhance the customer experience and drive sales results
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Maintain stockroom organization, POS transaction accuracy, and operational excellence
  • Embrace omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, leveraging social media awareness to expand customer engagement
  • Collect and act on customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
  • Reinforce customer choices and foster brand loyalty by inviting repeat visits

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
