Kate Spade New York seeks a seasonal part-time Sales Associate in Mirabel, Quebec. Deliver styling guidance and exceptional customer service at Premium Outlets Montreal.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and with confidence, demonstrating solid product knowledge across all Kate Spade New York categories
  • Listen actively and ask pertinent questions to understand client needs, aesthetic preferences, and lifestyle
  • Provide styling advice, suggest complementary items, and curate complete looks that reflect the client's personal style
  • Display creativity in presenting multiple ways to wear products and encourage clients to explore new styles
  • Guide clients through purchasing decisions and ensure smooth transaction processing at point of sale
  • Celebrate and validate client choices while encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty
  • Generate sales results through authentic client relationships and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence in stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions
  • Provide and receive honest, constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate knowledge of social media and omni-channel sales techniques

Qualifications

  • Professional sales skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Previous retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods as business needs require

Experience

Compensation
