Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete outfits that express individual style
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear and incorporate Kate Spade products into existing wardrobes
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits
  • Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
