Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and confidence, using deep product knowledge to advise on accessories, handbags and apparel.
- Deliver personalized styling consultations, assemble complete looks and recommend complementary items to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade pieces, inspiring customers to explore new styles.
- Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer connections; meet or exceed individual and store targets.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: merchandise presentation, stockroom organization, inventory replenishment and loss-prevention practices.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Support omnichannel selling initiatives, including virtual appointments and social-media-driven clienteling.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
