Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assess needs through attentive questioning, and deliver personalized styling advice to create complete looks.
• Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge, and recommendation of add-ons and complementary items.
• Execute omni-channel selling techniques, including virtual selling and social media engagement to cultivate customer relationships.
• Maintain operational excellence: process POS transactions, manage returns, and keep sales floor and stockroom organized.
• Support merchandising and visual presentation to showcase multiple ways to wear product and encourage exploration of styles.
• Ensure a seamless checkout experience and reinforce customer choices to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior retail sales experience; experience with lifestyle or fashion brands preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
• Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in a retail sales environment is required; experience with fashion or lifestyle brands and demonstrated sales results are preferred. Typically 1+ years of relevant retail experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising, or retail is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
