Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Merrimack, NH to provide expert styling advice and drive customer engagement at premium outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that incorporate multiple items
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest and collaborative manner
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Qualifications
