Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and establish rapport; use strong product knowledge to advise and inspire purchases.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations, offer styling advice, and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes.
  • Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine items to encourage add-on sales and increase basket size.
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and execute accurate, efficient POS transactions.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including organization, inventory handling and replenishment.
  • Drive sales through storytelling and personalized customer service; invite and cultivate repeat business.
  • Give and receive constructive feedback to support team performance and store standards.
  • Support omni-channel initiatives and virtual selling as required by store programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and collaborate within a team.
  • Social media literacy and a willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
  • English proficiency (or local market language proficiency) sufficient for customer-facing sales.

Experience

Demonstrated retail experience with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service; prior fashion or lifestyle retail exposure preferred.
