Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to understand lifestyle preferences and aesthetic goals
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create coordinated outfits that extend beyond the initial purchase
- Leverage creativity to showcase multiple ways to style and wear products, encouraging customers to explore new design possibilities
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using the point-of-sale system
- Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting them to return and share their experiences with the brand

Qualifications

- English proficiency at a professional level
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment is required. Demonstrated ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and translate that understanding into successful sales is essential.
Education
