Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and assemble complete looks
  • Showcase creative styling applications and encourage customers to explore new products and combinations
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting return visits and building brand loyalty
  • Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques as the business evolves

Qualifications

  • Prior retail sales experience demonstrating professional selling skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team structure
  • English language proficiency
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
