Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence; build rapport to understand customer needs and lifestyle.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, suggest complementary items and demonstrate multiple ways to wear product.
- Drive sales through storytelling, consultative selling and follow-through to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain product knowledge across all categories and communicate brand DNA to customers.
- Execute operational duties including POS transactions, stockroom organisation, inventory maintenance and visual merchandising on the sales floor.
- Support omni-channel selling efforts (virtual appointments, social selling) and promote return visits.
- Give and receive constructive feedback to support team performance and deliver against store targets.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Previous retail experience; prior experience in fashion, luxury or specialty retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Social media awareness and openness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Proficiency in English (or local market language) and comfort using POS systems.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including regular lifting and mobility on the sales floor.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience in fashion, luxury or specialty retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
