Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and style preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetics
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions with consultative expertise and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and brand knowledge
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and peak retail days including public holidays

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail or luxury retail environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team setting
  • English proficiency or local market language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods

Experience
