Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests with warmth and confidence while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle preferences and aesthetic
  • Provide strategic styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative presentation and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless point-of-sale transaction experience
  • Reinforce customer choices with genuine enthusiasm and invite repeat visits
