Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with warmth and confidence, establish rapport and discover their needs through active listening and insightful questioning.
  • Provide personalised styling advice and outfit curation across categories; create complete looks and suggest complementary add‑ons to increase basket value.
  • Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to articulate features, craftsmanship and lifestyle positioning.
  • Drive sales through storytelling and consultative selling; meet individual and store revenue targets.
  • Deliver flawless point-of-sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain visual standards on the salesfloor, organise stockroom inventory and support floor replenishment.

Qualifications
