Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted styling advisor: assess customer needs, provide personalised styling recommendations and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product categories.
- Welcome and engage guests with polished, confident service; actively listen and ask probing questions to uncover preferences and build rapport.
- Drive sales through storytelling and consultative selling; suggest relevant add-ons and cross-category pairings to increase basket size.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience while maintaining till accuracy and loss-prevention awareness.
- Maintain operational excellence in the salesfloor and stockroom: merchandize to brand standards, manage stock replenishment and ensure inventory organisation.
- Support omnichannel retail activities including virtual selling and social media engagement to extend the in-store experience.
- Accept and provide constructive feedback, collaborate closely with the store team, and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs (including nights, weekends and public holidays).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with proven interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience with premium or fashion brands is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
- Fluent English (or local language proficiency as required by market).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including peak trading periods, weekends and public holidays.
