Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating deep product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customer needs and create complete looks.
- Recommend add-ons and alternate ways to wear products to drive multi-item purchases.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience through accurate Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, manage inventory and visual presentation.
- Use storytelling and brand knowledge to achieve sales targets and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Adopt omnichannel selling techniques (virtual appointments, social commerce) as required.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute positively to team performance.
Qualifications
- Professional selling ability with exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Comfortable using POS systems and learning omnichannel/virtual selling tools.
- Social media awareness and willingness to use digital channels for customer engagement.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak shopping days and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical retail tasks.

Education
